In previous courses in this series, we focused more on tactical use of the schedule to manage specific components of the project, such as production, time, resources, and costs. In this interactive, online course, we’ll consider strategic scheduling applications as they relate to the overall project, including legal aspects of the schedule. This course considers the role of the schedule and the variety of operational schedules available to the project manager. It also discusses the ways scheduling information can be organized and presented.

Great presentation, would be great if there was a follow up course that actually showed a modeled schedule using software ,working through the workflow for building a schedule and updating it using the knowledge gained from preparing schedules for many years applied in real time in a course using software. Basically show us how all this material presented in the course is applied using the software.
