He or she ensures that everything that is needed is taken care of and puts the agile project management framework and processes in place. In essence, a project manager leads by example. In this course, we explore how a good agile project manager utilizes soft skills and leadership in order to inspire team members, keep the lines of communication open, and deliver an excellent product.

During that time he has instructed, authored courses, advised training companies and corporations, and applied the best practices of project management in his work at Microsoft, Plex, and others.
