This is a live, encore presentation of a webinar that was originally offered on 11/05/2019. Attendees of the previously offered presentation, SKU #RV-W110519, will not receive CEU for attending the 12/10/2019 presentation.
The development of infrastructure projects require solid knowledge of the soils and rocks that will support their foundations. One of the principal tools used to determine the suitability of soils is the use of subsurface explorations. These geotechnical investigations help professionals in the A/E/C industry identify locations and systems to be used to support the loads of future development projects. They are in essence the first parameter needed to construct new infrastructure. In this course, engineers, architects, planners, contractors and design professionals will learn different subsurface exploration methods and tools, so that they can better determine the suitability of their foundation soils.
