The National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) was established in 1934 as a non-technical organization dedicated to enhancing the quality and image of the engineering profession by addressing technical qualifications and ethical standards. The NSPE considers ethics and accountability with regard to public health, safety, and welfare to be an engineer’s highest value, above all other considerations ... but what does this mean? This webinar will explain the tenets of the NSPE Code of Ethics for Engineers and discuss practical examples with relation to public health, safety, and welfare.
